Denise Driscoll, SPHR, CCP

Denise Driscoll is a 22-year veteran of human resource management across various industry sectors. She joined Dominion in June of 2020 as Vice President, Human Resources.  

Her experience includes working for national and global organizations. Ms. Driscoll’s healthcare experience includes the creation of a shared service organization for a regional healthcare system.  She’s led programs developed in support of a highly-engaged employee population.  She has significant organizational design, compensation and benefit management experience as well as in-depth experience with mergers and acquisitions. Her employee relations record includes creating and implementing performance and development systems in support of high-performing companies.   

At Dominion Diagnostics, Ms. Driscoll is responsible for leading a core HR team as well as leading the cross functional, Employee Success Team. Denise has a B.A. in Psychology from Drew University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in HR from San Francisco State University.  In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, and kayaking with family and friends. Denise volunteers locally with the United Way.
